My Approach to Creating Videos
Every video starts with a clear concept and direction — but I always leave room for what’s unplanned. I create a space where things can happen, and I follow what feels true in the moment, letting it flow. Nine years behind the edit have given me both the technical precision and a trained eye for beauty.
Anula’s Dance & Coffee Talk
I met Anula through a friend, and she immediately caught my attention and inspired this and other projects. Instead of rigid labels like “dancer” or “performer, ” I choose to look more broadly at her work. This short video is my observation and reflection on her creative and life approach.
I saw her performing this particular dance, and everything fell into place — the whole idea of the video. But I usually don’t work with a script or a final image in mind. I go where the resonance is, choose a direction and see what the path brings.

Music Reel for Anait
Anait Markaryan is an Armenian composer, whose music creates emotional landscapes that feel both intimate and immersive. We found a way to film her and reflect her music through the visuals. Synergy while shooting is essential to me, and we had a perfect match with it.

AI-generated Video
In AI creation, I follow a process similar to lens-based photography. I set an idea and a direction — not a final concept — and then create a space where things and moments can happen, choosing what resonates.
I work with Midjourney, Seedance, Kling, Grok and other tools.

My Path
I worked as a video editor for a long time, creating videos with footage that others filmed. I created different types of videos, from interviews to short films. I learned a lot during these years and now want to create artwork that reflects my view of the world, with footage shot or directed by me.
I no longer take editing work with third-party footage, but this chapter is a big part of my journey, and I’d like to show some of it here.
